I know you. You've probably been dealing with PMOS symptoms and stuck in a cycle of gaining and losing the same 5lbs for years. You've finally gotten a diagnosis and maybe a prescription, but have been offered very little actual help.
You've tried YouTube workouts, diets, cutting carbs (and sugar, and gluten, and dairy) you've watched loads of content about PMOS, but nothing works and you "fall off." Maybe you've started telling yourself that change is impossible.
I've been you.
And I'm here to tell you that's not the case. You can lose weight, get your energy back, and start loving the way you look and feel again- even with PMOS.
You've spent years pushing through the 3pm crash with sugar and caffeine (or both).
Your cycles are all over the place. Your skin is flaring up. You've got weight that won't shift no matter what.
You were told it was stress. That you just needed to eat better. Move more.
You've been told that your blood tests were "normal," but you don't feel normal.
And then, finally, PCOS diagnosis. You were expecting there to be some support, but instead you got offered a prescription and sent on your way.
You've gone online and found that the advice is overwhelming and conflicting.
You might be asking yourself:
Why does my body feel so completely out of my control?
Will I ever feel like myself again?
Do I really need to cut out carbs, sugar, gluten, dairy, soy and pretty much everything that isn't a vegetable?
How am I going to stay consistent with my workouts?
What do I eat?
Where do I even start?
These are real questions. You don't have to sit with them alone, or figure them out from conflicting internet advice at 11pm. This is about finally having support that makes sense for your body.
PMOS isn't just a reproductive condition. It affects your metabolism, your immune system and your nervous system. This is why the symptoms feel so relentless and why "just take the pill" or "eat less and move more" has never been enough.
Research consistently shows that a structured, evidence-based lifestyle approach (not cutting out random food groups) can make a real difference for women navigating PMOS. But most women are told to "eat better and move more" with no explanation of what that actually means for their body, or how to make it stick.
That is exactly why I built Her PCOS Method®. A 12-week coaching programme to help you lose weight, feel confident in your own skin, wake up with real energy, and finally feel like yourself again.
My Why
I'm Mel, a Women's Hormonal Health and Nutrition Coach, and I spent 12 years not knowing I had PMOS (then it was called 'PCOS'). I was 16 when my body changed overnight. I was handed birth control and sent home. I made every mistake in the book, tried everything, and blamed myself for not being consistent enough.
It wasn't until I retrained as a Women's Health Coach that everything finally clicked. I reversed my symptoms, lost the weight, cleared my skin and got pregnant naturally.
I started my business because I was furious at the gap between what the research says works and what women are actually being offered.
My goal is to help you understand what's really going on in your body and to support you to build a lifestyle that supports your PMOS. We work on the things that consistently move the needle: metabolic health, nervous system regulation, inflammation, sleep, movement and mindset.
The results you want are possible.
