  • Initial 60-minute deep-dive session to explore your health history, uncover your PCOS drivers and set clear goals.

  • Weekly 45-minute coaching calls to support progress, overcome challenges and adjust your plan as needed.

  • Access to a PCOS & fertility recipe database written by dietitians to help you nourish your body without the mental load.

  • Private email support between sessions for guidance and accountability between sessions.

  • Personalised plan to provide guidance and lifestyle strategies that support your reproductive health and fertility journey (if desired) .
